Shipping policy

DELIVERY

UK shipping will be delivered 3-5 working days. EU orders will be delivered within 6-12 business days. International 3-17 working days. EU and International customers are responsible for any custom fees upon entry. Please note these products are hand made bespoke pieces and produced in smaller quantities. And therefore can take 2-3 weeks to produce before they are shipped out. 

RETURNS

We do not accept returns

For exchanges please contact hello@hortiaccessorose.com e-mailing with the subject ‘EXCHANGE, THE PRODUCT & YOUR ORDER NUMBER and we will be in contact.

Customers are responsible for return charges and any damage or loss during transit.

Items can only be exchanged if returned in the same condition as received. If this is not the case, we may need to decline the exchange and return the item to you. All items must have their original labels and hang tags intact, and be unworn and undamaged. Please handle items with care when trying them on.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for overseas orders, as these items are bespoke. Exchanges can only be processed within the UK.
